MEFA: documenting and preserving the written heritage of Middle Eastern falconry The Middle East Falconry Archive (MEFA) is a non-commercial project initiated in 2008 by the Abu Dhabi Government, which aims at documenting, preserving and reviving interest in ancient Arabic falconry treatises. It is currently kindly hosted by the International Fund for Houbara Conservation.
