You must read the guidance booklet issued by the Club in cooperation with the International Fund for Houbara Conservation, which contains all the information and specifications appropriate for keeping Houbara and the correct methods for housing and handling them.وجوب الاطلاع على كتيب الارشادات المصدر من قبل النادي بالتعاون مع الصندوق الدولي للحفاظ على الحبارى والذي يتضمن كافة المعلومات والمواصفات الملائمة للاحتفاظ بالحبارى والأساليب الصحيحة الخاصة بإيوائها والتعامل معها.
I, the undersigned, undertake to comply with all laws and regulations concerning the conservation of wild species and regulated hunting in the United Arab Emirates; to follow all the terms and conditions stated below and referred to in the guidance manual and accepted standards for the care of received Houbara set out in the attached Annex (3); and not to sell, trade or transfer them to any other party for any reason whatsoever. I accept full legal responsibility before the competent authorities in the event of any breach.أتعهد أنا الموقع أدناه بالالتزام بتطبيق كافة القوانين والأنظمة المعنية بالحفاظ على الأنواع البرية والصيد المُنظّم في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، واتباع كافة الشروط والضوابط المذكورة أدناه والمشار إليها بدليل الإرشادات والمعايير المقبولة للعناية بالحبارى المستلمة المبينة في الملحق رقم (3) المرفق، وبعدم البيع أو المتاجرة بها أو التنازل عنها لأي جهة أخرى لأي سبب كان، وأتحمل كافة المسؤولية القانونية أمام السلطات المختصة في حال مخالفة ذلك.
  1. A colour copy of the Emirates ID must be attached.إرفاق نسخة ملونة من بطاقة الهوية الإماراتية.
  2. Houbara are sold in even numbers only.يتم بيع الطرائد من طيور الحبارى بأعداد مزدوجة فقط.
  3. Birds are handed over only to the applicant or their authorised representative, subject to presenting the Emirates ID or passport as an essential condition at collection.لا يتم تسليم الطرائد إلا لصاحب الطلب أو من ينوب عنه بشرط إرفاق الهوية الإماراتية أو جواز السفر كشرط أساسي عند الاستلام.
  4. The telephone number given above will be called to determine the delivery date and area.يتم الاتصال برقم الهاتف المبين أعلاه لتحديد تاريخ ومنطقة التسليم.
  5. The buyer bears the cost of caring for and feeding the Houbara ordered but not collected by the specified collection time, at AED 10 including VAT per bird per day of delay, in accordance with Board Resolution No. (9) of 2023 of the International Fund for Houbara Conservation.يتحمل المشتري تكلفة رعاية وتغذية طيور الحبارى التي طلبها ولم يبادر إلى استلامها بحلول الوقت المحدد للاستلام، بمبلغ 10 دراهم إماراتية شاملة ضريبة القيمة المضافة عن كل يوم تأخير لكل طائر، وفقاً لقرار مجلس ادارة الصندوق الدولي للحفاظ على الحبارى رقم (9) لسنة 2023.
  6. The buyer must adhere to the delivery dates specified in their approved requests. The Club and the Fund bear no responsibility for guaranteeing the continued reservation of Houbara that any buyer is late in collecting, notwithstanding payment of the additional costs set out in clause (5).يجب على المشتري الالتزام بمواعيد التسليم المحددة في طلباته التي تم اعتمادها، مع اخلاء مسؤولية النادي و الصندوق عن ضمان استمرار حجز طيور الحبارى التي يتأخر أي مشتري في استلامها، على الرغم من تحمله للتكاليف الإضافية المحددة في المادة رقم (5).
  7. The beneficiary undertakes to verify the condition and number of birds before collection. Receiving the birds in their condition at the date of collection constitutes the beneficiary's final acceptance of them. The beneficiary has no right to ask the Club for replacement, return or compensation for any bird after collection, nor to claim any reduction in the sale value.يتعهد المُستفيد أن يتأكد من حالة وعدد الطيور قبل استلامها، ويعتبر استلام الطيور بالحالة التي عليها عند تاريخ استلامها قبولًا نهائيًا من المُستفيد بالطيور المستلمة. ولا يحق للمُستفيد مطالبة النادي باستبدال او ارجاع أو التعويض عن أي طائر من الطيور بعد استلامها من النادي او المطالبة بإنقاص قيمة البيع.
  8. The beneficiary undertakes to ensure suitable transport is available to move the received Houbara from the location specified by the Club, and is responsible for the safe transport and care of these birds in accordance with internationally recognised rules and procedures for transporting birds, which must be no less than those set out in the guidance manual attached in Annex (3).يتعهد المُستفيد بضمان توفر وسائل النقل المناسبة لنقل الحبارى المستلمة من الموقع الذي يحدده النادي، ويكون المُستفيد مسؤولاً عن سلامة نقل أي من هذه الطيور والعناية بها وفقاً للقواعد والإجراءات المتعارف عليها دولياً لنقل الطيور، على ألا تقل هذه القواعد والإجراءات عن تلك المحددة في دليل الإرشادات المرفق في الملحق (3).
  9. The beneficiary undertakes to use the Houbara purchased for the purposes of training hunters' falcons to hunt Houbara within the designated hunting area, and hunting Houbara with falcons within the designated hunting area.يلتزم المُستفيد باستعمال الحبارى التي يقوم بشرائها لأغراض تدريب صقور الصيادين على صيد الحبارى في المنطقة المخصصة للصيد و صيد الحبارى بالصقور في المنطقة المخصصة للصيد.
